She is also a lecturer, public speaker, blogger and author. She is the founder of O.FOOD.I a brand of healthy products created to improve food security, nutritional lifestyle and create a society free from malnutrition. Her organisation is based in Abuja, Nigeria.
Dideolu Olufelo is also the founder of The OFOODI Sustainable Development Initiative (T.O.S.D.I) a global organisation head quartered in Abuja, FCT, Nigeria, fighting against hunger and malnutrition.
As an entrepreneur she created the food brand Ofoodi Nutrition Cereal and the Ofoodi Nutri Drink.

As a Food Security expert she advocates for the United Nations #1, #2, #3 goals. Which are, Poverty Alleviation, Zero Hunger, Health and Wellbeing. Her number 1 campaign is on Zero Hunger with the mission to Fight hunger and food insecurity. She does this by improving nutritional health in local and urban communities using innovative technology and sensitisation on social and behavioural changes.
